1. Shipping of Accessories

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for chipper shredder accessories. Accessory orders are usually shipped via Australia Post within one business day after payment is received.

2. Shipping of Chipper Shredders

Due to their weight, chipper shredders require freight delivery. Most machines are shipped by truck and may require tailgate delivery.

You can calculate the shipping cost on our website during checkout. Orders are usually shipped within one business day after payment is received, and tracking details will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that the shipping cost shown on our website is based on standard freight zones only.

For remote areas, farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or other special delivery locations, door-to-door delivery may not always be available, and additional freight charges may apply after the order is reviewed.

If required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the available delivery options. In some cases, customers may need to collect their order from the nearest freight depot.

3. Pick Up (Free)

Once your order is confirmed, we will email you the pickup details.

When you are ready to collect your order, please notify us at least one hour in advance, and we will have your product ready for you. Our pickup hours are flexible and include weekends.
